Look at the picture, it's amazing, isn't it? We can call these fantastic buildings the forest flats which surrounded by green plants in the sky. Private gardens are moved into the high-rise flats to make full use of the vertical space.Living in these forest flats , we can plant trees and flowers, walk a dog, play the Go game with afternoon tea, moreover, obtain a bird's-eye view of the city from the forest flats that the traditional garden villas can't compare with.
Especially in China and other Asian countries, with increases of urban population, there is an urgent need to conserve land and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Forest flats would be the best choice in the future.
If i can live these forest flats,I never need take my puppy for a walk to the stuffy basement carpark on a rainy day. Haha, I am looking forward to it!
What's your ideal house?

Of cause,Living near the park is a better choice with larger space to enjoy the nature. But in urban city of China , the price of house located near the park is sky-high price. Maybe the forest plat is a innovate way to fulfill city folks' dream of living in the city while enbracing the nature of their own.

@Letranknight2015 Although they're just concept buildings now, i do believe they will become the trends of future building especially in high-density area. Coexistence of human and nature is the eternal theme.

That's a very lovely house. Actually, based on the pictures, it looks more like a residential building. How many floors are there?
My ideal house would be something situated with a nice view of the ocean or mountains.

@Sun7788 It would be interesting to see what system of care would take place. It could be anything from building managed spaces.. to individual tenant owned? Tenants needs and wants might also change over time? What then?
I notice balcony's on building. Some people have used the space creatively but most balcony's are almost never used. It seems like such a waste that some developers don't include them in their new designs.
I think the concept of making cities for people not cars and shopping malls will be a good direction for the future.

You have an acute observation and profund thinking, Light-requiring plants should be put on the south side, while Shade-requiring plant the north side. We also need take the characteristics of different plants into account to reduce pests and purify air...
