What are the pros and cons of jogging according to your knowledge and experience ?

Many people love to do jogging a few times per week and some would just do it once a week . There are always pros and cons of everything. Share with us about your knowledge regarding to jogging and tell us something about the pros and cons of this exercise. If you have any experience regarding to this sports, share with us as well.

I love jogging it will help to maintain my body fit and in shape. But i don't know about the pros side of it. If any one share it will be good.

Jogging is a part of my life. I do it at least twice a week.

I really don't think that there could be any cons of jogging. One should keep exercising and keep their body fit. Jogging makes a person and active.

Excession of everything is bad. Yeah, when it comes jogging one must not only jog n jog. Good diet is also equally important. It will not help you be fit if you jog for at least 3km and then have some kind of junk food. By mataining a perfect balance will make you the real hero !! Have a nice day ahead :)
