Would you let your family members read what you write on MyLot?

MyLot is its own little world to me. I rarely forward my (or others') posts to friends or family. I realize that I sometimes express concerns about friends or family, and write things I wouldn't want to be seen by people I know. Even my previous post, about my cousin's son's wedding, was subtly satirical toward "rich people protocol." Would my cousin be offended? Or would he laugh with me? I'm not sure.
Do you let your friends or family see what you write here? Or is MyLot its own little world to you?

I used to when I wrote on the other site. But my sister is very touchy and did not want me to mention anyone in her family. Of course, that meant I could not mention anyone in mine.
So when the other site crashed and we all moved here, I didn't tell her that I am still writing. This way, I don't have to "edit" myself with her in mind. It allows me to discuss things freely.

Nope I don't let anyone see what I write on myLot. It is my own little world here A place to vent, write about whatever and have fun interacting. My boyfriend knows about my myLot but doesn't ask me what I write.. I sometimes talk about what I write and the responses I get, but not often.

I don't send stuff to Pretty, but she knows the site and does check to see what is happening sometimes.
Once in a while, when someone says or does something hilarious, she comes into my room to find out what happened to make me laugh (or a few times, fall off my bed laughing).... LOL!
Once, she pounded on my bedroom wall and yelled, "Stop laughing like that! You just scared the neighbor's kids!" (There aren't any neighbor kids close enough to hear me laughing. She was just playing.)

@TheHorse I laugh a LOT, pony! I usually have a big grin on my face, too...
That is one way I defuse customers who are grumpy... It's hard to be grumpy when someone is smiling at you...
I've been told my grin is infectious. I'm okay with that, as long as nobody passes anything infectious back to me! LMAO!

@DaddyEvil In Northern California, I worry that people would think I was nuts if I was grinning all the time. I'm pretty friendly, though.

@TheHorse Considering you don't use your real name or likeness, I wouldn't think you'd have anything to worry about. I don't worry about it either, but if anyone wanted to look me up it would be fairly simple, unless they were hunting for the various others that happen to have my same name and seem to be writers too.

I have had both my sisters as members here but they've not been around for years.
Now I'd not be happy if friends or family were members although I'd still say the same thoughts of thinfs as I get on well with all my family.

I don't think I have written too much that I wouldn't want my family to see.

I would if asked, but don't mention it really, unless I get a really interesting response or learn something I think they would find interesting.
