Accomplishments on your to-do list?

A steady stream of minor accomplishments makes you more satisfied with your life than a few major accomplishments, according to some surveys. I see why this might be true. Those major accomplishments consist of many smaller ones, and each smaller one has even more mini tasks you have to do. It's also easier to notice your progress this way. I noticed that when I have too many activities/tasks to do daily, I note them down somewhere in my notebook or phone. This way it 'clears some space' in my head and I can worry about more important things instead :) If anything becomes a routine, I can mark it as done and move on. Have you got a similar method?

I have a similar method. I write down what I intend to accomplish for the day starting with the top two things that are most important. Once I got those done, I then look at the rest of the list and decide what gets done.

I agree that taking down notes help to declutter our mind. I do same thing as well when I think that I have to accomplish many things within a short time. It is really very beneficial for me. When I do not have enough time to write, I just organize them inside my head.
