The Attitude - Why Is It Important?

I red a book from The Winning Attitude by John Maxwell and that question impacted me. I just want to ask this question to you all.
It says:
"Do you feel the world is treating you well? If your attitude toward the world is excellent, you will receive excellent results. If you feel so-so about the world, your response from that world will be average. Feel Badly about your world and you will seem to have only negative feedback from life." - John Maxwell
For me:
Indeed the Attitude is a 100% of your character. It will tell you what is your origin, your personality, people who surrounds you, people that influence you and how your parent raise you. It is your totality, whatever it is, you should have to look forward for excellence. Self assessment \ self assess can be the key for you to know what is needed to improve on your end. In that sense you can be a better person and have a good attitude towards other people. It says also in the bible that love your neighbors and love others.

Attitude is everything. Most people who succeed in life has the right attitude though they didn't excel academically.
