What is a good way to lose weight?

I tried many methods about weight loss.At first I tried to go on a diet,it didn't do much good for me.I was so hungry all the time that I could not keep the diet up for longer than a week.Then I trid to run,but it made me feel so tired that failed to stay the course .At last I found a new way to lose my weight,yes,Yoga,a popular way of keeping in shape and relaxing.I can be far from hungry and tired,it is very suitable for me.Yoga not only help me lose my weight but also calm me down,and let me relax.I insist on practicing every day.Right now, my priority is changed from losing weight to keeping in shape.Of course, reasonable and healthy eating habits are also very important.

I never been into yoga. I just walked everyday and eat less if needed.
