Do you love Gordon Matthew Thomas Sumner CBE aka Sting? I very much appreciate this guy's talent as a singer, song writer and musician. He has certainly come a long way from his start as the lead singer for The Police. This particularly song is hauntingly beautiful.

I prefer Sting as a member of The Police and never cared for his solo work.

I like Sting both ways; group member or solo artist. But the artist that I really think did much better on his own was Peter Gabriel. He was a member of the group called Genesis. He really made a name for himself by leaving the group. Not that the group isn't good too!

@cmoneyspinner I agree that Peter Gabriel was far better solo than with Genesis. When I think Genesis, I think Phil Collins. To me Gabriel was always a solo.
