What exercises do you do everyday?
I do 2 pranayama and Surya Namaskaram early in the morning. I also go for 30 minutes of brisk walking. If not in the morning, but surely in the evening. I do have house hold chores, but I do take some time off and do these exercises regularly. It has paid me off, I feel very fresh and energetic.
Do share your regimes.

I usually go for jogging and after that take 30 minutes sit up and then 50 push ups.

Oh that's great! I also used to go for swimming, but now my timings are very tight.
