Help! My Toes are Cramping!

Guess it is a sign that my body needs a little rest! My toes keep cramping and needless to say, my feet hurt too.
I am drinking plenty of water to keep hydrated. But, I guess being on my feet so much is taking a toll on them.
At least the heavy cleaning is finally finished. I have been moving things into the new place. The kitchen cupboards are filling fast. Now on to the bathroom and the rest of the house.
Maybe I should get a pedicure after this is all said and done.

not just water, might need electrolytes and stuff, Power-aide sugar free powder (or just power-aide) or Gatorade can help with that

I had a Propel with electrolytes. It helped.

Hubby has to replace the floor and install the 220 outlet for the dryer. Still need to put the bathroom stuff away. Bringing the linens today and placing them in the closets. I'll keep a few for here.

@Marcyaz yes indeed! Hubby is taking out two windows and sealing the space. Lot of work involved with that.

I did that yesterday and fell asleep. LOL. I am really not doing a lot today. It is supposed to be in the 90's.

@Juliaacv Wow, that is brutal! It is hot in the new place despite the fans going. The breeze is somewhat refreshing. Not by much though.
I am taking a break and packing a few more boxes. Have to go to the store for window cleaner. Thought I had some, but didn't.
Poor hubby is working hard, but taking breaks too. The walls look great!

@ElusiveButterfly It is closer to 100F here today and so humid. My husband and I actually spent about an hour outside gardening. But it was early and now we'll take it easy for the rest of the day.

Only have the basics in the cupboards. Brought everything that I don't use daily to the new place.

I have heard that eating bananas will help with cramping. Give that a try.

I hope you get some rest and the cramping goes away. A pedicure sounds like a good idea.

I am relaxing a bit more today. The thought of going into that trailer with no ac and the fact that it is going to be 90+ makes me wanna hibernate. I have the AC running here and will pack up a few things. I'll bring them down shortly. Have to bring the hubby his lunch.

Coconut water sounds great, but Gatorade gags me. I am having one of my hubby's Propel flavored water. It has electrolites in it.

Pedicure? I like that. After the heavy cleaning, we need to do things for ourselves too. I hope your toes and your feet will be fine.

They aren't so bad right now. I am taking more breaks today than I did in the past week.

I hope your feet feel better. You should always have some kind of rest if your feet hurt.

I take breaks, but hate to sit idly when there is so much to do.

I am on my feet all day with my work. The added stress of lifting, bending, moving heavy items has taken a toll.

In the heat you need more than plain water. It was suggested to me yesterday that I should do the classic apple cider with vinegar drink, and add a pinch of sea salt--does the same thing as gatorade.

I'll have to give it a try. Thanks to the colonoscopy prep, I no longer can tolerate Gatorade!
