Hello everyone. I was just wondering that why people take so much of stress? Mostly Everyone I see today is suffering from mental stress, be it studies stress, job stress or anything else. All we need to do is leave things on god and let him take care of everything.
Taking stress or worrying about things like what if i would have done that or all those things which we can't control won't lead us anywhere but in depression.
We should keep our mental and physical health strong. This is the only way to live a happy life and don't forget to smile. :)
So guys what do u think about stress? How stress nowadays is destroying people's mindset and disturbs the happiness in their lives?

The pressure of the economy and the social pressure tend to develop stress among people. We are all in need of getting well in our own works. Sometimes we dont know when and how we are reaching the road towards stress.
We start a work. Do well int it. Sometimes we expect a lot from it. Do major hard work but the results are not as expected. We develop stress.
By the time we know it, it becomes a major problem. We stop believing in ourselves. The productivity of our work stops reducing gradually.
To cope stress many programs are available. Many websites as well.
U can seek your friends for help. They help the best.

Right if you have a supporting family or even friends then it becomes a bit easy for that person to cope up with stress but if this is not the case then people can try to do some meditation or even take a break from everything for a while. That helps a lot.

@smallest hmm but taking a break always doesn't mean that your running away sometimes people really need to take off their daily routine to think wisely what they want, what actually they r going through n stuff like that. In some cases it helps people n in some cases it doesn't help people. It just depends on how people take things.

@Ananya_04 Taking a break might lead us adopting to situation of running away from our job. Although the meditation might help. Many stress management books are also available

@Ananya_04 I do meditation and also use calm app but it doesn't help much.

@skysnap that's good if u do meditation as it not only helps u to stay away from stress but also gives u the power to control yr thoughts n brings inner peace

Agreed. Not all the people in the world face same kind of stress. It's not easy to deal with stress every time.

stress is somethng conected to us due to our day to day responsibilites but the only way to beat stress is to take action . stress is due to fear . fear that we wnt achieve what we want. so the best way is just to take action. fear grows when we r sitting and doin nuthng and fear fades when we take action and thus so would stress and most importantly always be positive in life

Your absolutely right. We must take an appropriate Action. And positivity is must or else you'll never be able to cope with your problems n everything going on in your life.

Too much stress in life is bad so is too little stress. We all need some kind of stress to keep us on our toes so to speak but not that much to break us down. In other words we need to find that optimal stress. Each person is different and needs to find his/her own optimal stress level.

Stress, stress. You are right to wonder why people take so much of stress. Let us think of life without problems how it would be. I imagine it would be boring. Why? For every level or stage you go in to there are challenges waiting for you. Some you deal away with them, others you just let them pass so it is the same thing with stress. You can always put it in proper perspective too. Knowing that it too shall come to pass with time. Accept there is a challenge which is stressful, know how you can deal with it and take the necessary measures to. Then, what you cannot change leave it to God and move on.
Life is too short to live it with stress all the time.

Exactly. All we can do is take some action according to our problem and try to take minimum stress in life.
