Not much just yet but I have officially picked things from it. Yesterday I picked a few green beans, 2 grape tomatoes, and 3 yellow squash, and 1 zucchini. Not bad for the first harvest of the summer! The squash and zucchini have already been eaten. The green beans and grape tomatoes will be given to the parrot. There are more green beans out there to be picked but today is too hot for me to be dealing with that. I'll wait for it to cool down.

We have tomatoes starting to form and we have eaten a few snow peas which I just love. I can't wait for the tomatoes, going to have tons of BLT"s when they are ready.

@NJChicaa Try it homegrown tomatoes are the best. In restaurants the tomatoes are never as good as what you grow yourself. The only time I have BLT's are at home with my own tomatoes, so I eat them almost everyday once the tomatoes are ready, then I dream about BLT's the rest of the year lol.

I love it when i hear people producing their own food, i don't know but it somehow turns me on and i get thrilled and excited at the thought even when almost all of us can very well afford to just buy

I get excited picking it so I understand how you feel. I only wish I could grow stuff year-round.

I love both yellow squash & zucchini and I know they taste so much better home grown than what you can buy at the store. Sounds like you have a good crop coming

I did carrots once a few years ago. I have 2 types of cucumbers planted this year. Straight Eights (regular ones) and English cucumbers. They are just starting to produce fruit.

Our neighbour's corn is about two-feet high now, which is pretty exciting.
