In my office there is a guy who have completed his 20 years of service but still don't know how to work. He simply want to what others doing and always creating problems. behaving very bad to the customers and to the staffs. sometime can see him talking to himself and doing some actions. what is this guy. But no one is ready to give complaint against him because of his experience and considering the age.
