Are you eating healthy ?

Have you ever asked yourself this question ? Are you healthy , or are you lying yourself everyday just because you think that you`re doing it right ?
How can you improve your healthiness , it`s easy , just follow these steps:
1.Try not to skip breakfast , scientists explain to people that there`s nothing wrong with that , well I disagree , I wanted to see if there`s something real about this so I thought I`ll give it a go for a month . First week I was weakened , didn`t have as much energy and also I was focusing very hard. As I came back to my old idea of having breakfast in the morning , everything was different , i began to be more social , more optimistic , I had more energy and also I was focusing very easy . This works for me , you can try it too and share your opinion with us .
2. Stop using cooking oil. Maybe others told you this before , but I`ll tell you this can change your life very easy . Try not to use as much or at all , you`ll feel slightly better by the day .
3. Eat raw fruits and vegetables . You can have a fruit in the morning and some toast with peanut butter or just a fruit , they have a lot of vitamins and nutrients that we need everyday , bananas can give you the energy you need and also they are very tasty.
4. Stop eating later than 6-7 PM . I know some of you come later from work and are hungry and tired , try to get some fruits and / or a healthy meal (maybe chicken and rice *this is what I like a lot*) This way you`ll not come back home hungry and also that tired .
5. Go to the gym or try to be active throughout the day , our bodies are not made to watch TV all the day , eating junk food and sleeping all day , go out and get fit !
These are my 5 tips of how to become healthier , are you eating healthy ?

I never got sick for many years because always eat healthy food... and sometimes go to sport

Of the five tips you gave, I do four except for #2. When I do use oil, I use virgin olive oil and really in small amounts.
I like to say that I eat healthier but I know I can do more. I need to cut down my soda and sugar intake.

I am not healthy at all lol. You only live once right? I don't pig out and eat too too horribly, but I am not exactly counting calories either.

I Ear 4 time a day even it a small meal i eat healthy food . Breakfast is must will keep u healthy , eat organic food keep u safe , ear all seasonal fruits come around year , every fruits have it own advantages

For me I'll just skip breakfast cause sometime I wake up around lunch time during weekends.
