Cabin Creek, Colorado is a Ghost Town for sale in Adams County near Byers. The small town comes with a Service Station, motel, small house, restaurant and behind the restaurant our 4 RV Hookups. Unfortunately sometime in the past there was a murder there and that is when things when downhill as it was no longer a thriving little town. Who wants to make an offer on this Ghost Town that is listed on Craigs List?

marcyaz - If I had a way by which to earn a living out there in Cabin Creek, I can see myself getting such a place, but, alas, I really stink up the place when it comes to catching ghosts. Anyway, is there really a market for ghosts, or do people have to give the things away?

@Ceerios Good question but not something I can answer. You might want to ask the Ghost Busters.

@Marcyaz - I knew a Ghost Buster one time. She used a fly swatter that had little holes in the paddle end. Every time she'd swat a ghost, it would squeeze through those little holes.

That sounds like a cheap price for all that real-estate. If I had the money I would buy it. But it is in Colorado. And I am more of an East Coaster. If that was here on the east I would probably buy it. I hate the winters there. But it does sound like a great offer. Think of the money that could be made there. Billions I feel.

@inertia4 There would probably have to be lots of renovations done and what would you use it as a vacation resort or haunted house?

@inertia4 That would be a really great idea and something we truly need.

@Marcyaz I would bring it back to life. And then expand. No haunted houses or vacations spots. Putting housing there for people to live, businesses for people to work. But making it a community. Not like the cold generic crap we see in every corner of america. A place where people can be social with one another. No large buildings to ruin things, just real mom and pop stores and places. A little bit of america in america.

@Marcyaz It surprises me that such places are not eagerly bought by builders.

@Asylum I think because it is so far out from any major towns that they don't think anyone would come there.

It could be interesting to visit the place, but I don't think that I would buy it I like to take photos of abandoned places in Denmark. Some of the houses are really falling apart and it would be hard to save them.

@Porcospino I also think it would be interesting to see and I know I couldn't buy it. Lots of abandoned places are falling down.

Wow! Fancy being able to buy a whole town. If I were a lot younger and had a ton of money I might have bought it!
