I had a full breakfast!

I'm usually satisfied with something light every morning. I feel more light and energetic, when I eat light meals than full meals.
This morning, broke up the rule and eat something that can be considered full meal breakfast, which consisted in a dish of sliced potatoes, pieces of red meat and black beans, accompanied by coffee. No bread or tortillas.
I´m feeling the symptoms of my gluttony now. I think, I'm going to be walking around to help digestion. I will never do this again. It feels awful!
Have you ever had a hard time with digestion after eating a meal?

It´s getting better. I have been walking around here, so, it´s just a matter of time.

@amadeo I will try to never do it again. I feel more comfortable eating light meals.

So far I'm not having those problems after eating. This morning, I wasn't able to eat all of my stir-fried noodles. I got dizzy.

I ate too much. I have been eating light food for so long. I´m very thin but I don´t feel weak

1 plate of food is ok, but two plates make me feel nauseating and sick

I feel like that right now. I´m just trying to maintain metabolism, not get fat. I don´t need more food than my body needs.
