Writing is healing

I believe writing can help me to reduce my stress and my anxieties. I love the way I can express my thought and ideas. I enjoyed using wikinut before and I earned about 15 dollars on that site. I know there are health benefits to writing or even just posting short blogs like here in MyLot. I stop using Mylot because the earnings now are lesser but I decided to continue because I believe it's good for my mental health and also I get to connect with different people all over the world.

I agree that writing is a good thing. Expressing ourselves through words is great for our mental and emotional health.

I absolutely agree .
Writing wears off our anxieties and melancholy , as we write . It seems that every tick of our computer is a pill to our sad feeling or anxiety . This , i can say because i experience this , always .

Yes sometimes we share our anxieties and sadness online and write them online and then we release them and find answers later and comfort once we've write them down

We get help from people who respond to our discussions. We just feel so good after we write things that bothers us or concerns us.

I never experienced it. But, singing will definitely reduce stress and tension. Just I will see how it works on me.

Sometimes we are troubled and confused in life and we need to write down our thoughts and release them by writing them and figure out the solution by writing them down

True. Writing really heals.
In writing, you can express everything.
Your heartaches, your triumph in life, you lovelife and all other things that you want to write.
It helps relieve tensions, stress or depressions.
It could also give you satisfaction and fulfillment in life.
