Serious

I have PCOS which causes weight gain and my doctor said to help I need to go on a diet. So i went on a 1200 CAL diet for a month and then I just kind of fell off of it. My brother ended up deciding that he was going to go on a diet with his girlfriend and the other night while eating dinner my brother was tempted to get seconds so I told him not to do it because he was dieting and that it was unhealthy and he shouldn't be eating it, that it wasn't going to help him lose weight. Then the next thing he said really hit me, he said 'You're supposed to be dieting and you're not and you need to do it more than I do because if you don't lose weight and start eating healthy you could get cancer and die'. That's is when I realized that my diet is serious and that I can't just not do it. That I need to stay on it. But not just because the doctor told me to but because I know that even though he doesn't always act like it my brother does care about me. I know it would hurt him if I died. Just knowing that I could possibly get cancer hurts him more than he shows. If I pass away who is he going to play video games with, go for walks with, talk about his relationship problems with, etc. Anyway, I am back on my diet and I feel more motivated than I did before. So a big thanks to my bro. for opening my eyes to these things.

My doctor prescribed me medicine to help. I'm not a big fan of taking medicine though. Good luck! :)
