Dissapointment in football

July 11, 2016 11:32am CST
Yesterday when France lost to Portugal their supporter got mad and they came out and violated laws and many people were arrested due to this act. Being an amateur footballer I also feel bad for France but is this the way to show your disappointment? I don't think so. That was really disheartening. I feel football is a game which unites people for good and we should also keep in mind that wining or losing is a part of the game and we should back our country in moment of joy and sadness.

People should learn to control their emotions. They got over emotions and showed in that way. I too feel bad for France

I do remember a former New Orleans radio talk show host saying something to the effect of "Unless you place a bet on any sporting game. Do not take it seriously. It is for your entertainment." And some sports casters in America are saying that Oakland Raiders fans are mean to the opponents of their fans.

@Hercules7 I agree with you on the matter. I do not bet on game but I enjoy watching a very good game on television.

I don't know much about USA and NBA but its true that games are only for entertainment purpose and even you placed bets its your fault you don't have to come to street and indulge in violent activities..
