Another Day, Another Dollar

It sure is difficult dragging myself out of bed in the mornings to go to work lately. I think it's because I have a long list of stuff that needs to be done around the house and really need to start taking some time off to do it.
Unfortunately, that just can't happen right now because I have nobody to cover for me when I'm gone. Hopefully, starting next week, that will change.
I'm off to work again in about an hour. Then, after work, my wife and I need to do some birthday shopping for my youngest daughter, who turns 7 on Thursday.

I really hope so too. My wife and I have a list of home improvement projects we wanted to complete this summer but, so far, haven't managed to get any of them done. She has off for the summer, other than occasionally tending bar. But, most of the projects require two people and the only time we have off together is the weekend, when we are usually busy with other things.
