Meal time

What.time is it? Is it your meal time? Do you have any specific time to every meal? It was like a set time to have breakfast at 7, lunch at 12 and dinner at 7. But it has changed since i have been living solo, well when i have the house.all by myself. Breakfast is like an option, i can have snacks a couple of hours.before.lunch. Lunch will be, it depends on what time i feel like having it. And dinner, is at 6 or 6:30, quite.early. Family can really make me have a decent meal and on time. Like, it is.a must to eat together as long as the dining table is not "fully occupied", lol. How about you?

@Lucky15,I am sure you will be amazed if I tell you that I eat only once a day- at 9.30 p.m.You may call it dinner. Now it is 6.01 p.m. here in India and I have taken nothing except two cups of tea in the morning.I'll take my dinner at 9.30 p.m.

We usually eat our dinner before 6:00 P.M. or exactly 6:00 P.M. and we are only 2 who eat our dinner, my youngest son can eat dinner with us once or twice a week and we're happy when it happens.

@cacay1 That is also a good option so that you can do your work straight. For us, we are used to this schedule, we usually eat our dinner before 6 P.M.

i've no real set times fer meals anymore. personally, i've gotta eat 't least 6 times a day - small meals, mostly liquid these days. keeps the crohn's somewhat happy 'n keeps my body fueled since i've troubles absorbin/utilizin' nutrients. i'd recommend not skippin' that breakfast, hon. 'tis'n important start to yer day :)

When I am at home, I usually have lunch at 12 noon and dinner at around 6 to 7 pm. Breakfast is at 7:30 to 8:30am. But when I am far away from home, I have no exact time in having my meals.

Nope no time set for meals. We don't eat dinner that early. Its always around 9. If I am busy I will have some snacks and push dinner back to around 11. Talking about meals have me feeling like eating something now. It's 5:40 in the morning.

@Lucky15 It isn't night for us until it is 8 pm. So having dinner before that is like having a snack even if you have had a full meal.

It's good to have regular meal times, especially with a family. My mom thinks she needs supper at 5 pm, but she is slowly adjusting to our meal time of 6 pm.

@Lucky15 My parents had meals like clockwork when I was growing up. I did too while my kids were growing up. Now that it's just my son and me, everybody fends for themselves for meals, no set time.
