Just this late afternoon when I arrived from my parents house, the technician from my server arrived and brought a phone with him. He told me, they are replacing our phone because it is out of order and they've already fix our internet connection.
I thought, they cut our connection but there's no reason to cut because we paid our bill on time. Our connection was slow and gone for almost 8 days and that's the reason why I was not able to make a discussion besides of my busyness doing important transactions in my parents house. Good I'm done with that.
How was everybody? Hope I can cope up with you all.

@ida123 Do you have many internet providers? Are their rates competitive?

yes, that was after 2 series of storm and our internet connection was gone and also our telephone is not functioning. if we have problems like this it is very annoying because we have no access to the telephone management except to the operators who are not really coopetative

I think you should expect a reduction of your monthly fees for the 8 days that your line has been out of order. Remind the office of your service provider about that. I had that experience before and there was a corresponding deduction for the days without connection.

@sunrisefan, okey, i'll try it before they're going to demand a payment for this monthly bill

@ida123 There's no harm in trying but they should give the deduction as a good business practice. My experience was with Globe but it does not matter what company it is - fair business practice should be observed by each company at all times.

@ida123 It's a must for us or we won't be spending that much money.
