people stop in the middle of the highway and people go missing
yes but people get hurt
I think that game should have been aproved by higher authority
I agree with you all
it is funny to watch other people do stupid things but is nevertheless dangerous
pokemon itself is fun though
what is your favorite pokemon and game
Does any one know what new pokemon games are avaliavle and can not wait till virtual reality games

@paigea It does, although my uncle who geocaches seems to think that geocaching is more satisfying because there are real-world items being found and not just digital monsters.
It can be played over WiFi... I've caught a few critters at work that way after my shifts. Not quite as satisfying because there are a limited number of critters that spawn in one place, so you don't catch as many as you might on mobile data. It takes a ton of data, though. I ended up blowing through about 5 GB of the 7 or 8 I have available on my tablet lines in just two days of playing.
Apparently T-Mobile is launching a promotional offer that gives Pokemon GO players unlimited data for the Pokemon GO app as part of their T-Mobile Tuesdays promotions. I'm almost tempted to sign up so my kids can play the game when we're driving. It works out really well on stores' WiFi networks while we're shopping around town...

@yukimori That sounds like a good deal. People in Canada are playing it even though it is not released here. They know how to get around barriers like that. I don't.
I will stick with geocaching for my fun. (only when I go with a friend who has the app, and the GPS and the data)

It's this game people are playing. You have to catch Pokemon.. Something about going around randomly and some places will tell you where there are and you collect them! I don't get the game itself but it's very hyped right now!! Here:
There are still a handful of years between this world and full autonomy in cars, meaning we have some time before we’re all sock monkeys being chauffeured by robot vehicles. But there’s a more immediate, widespread issue threatening to take the fun—and the

@infatuatedbby I read it but don't get it.
so you have to catch these things and people are stopping to catch them on roads but there aren't actually pokemons on the roads?????
so how do you catch them?
where do they come from and who puts them wherever they are...I'm too old for this sh*t

@Mike197602 its a virtual reality game....the pokemons appear and can only be seen through your phone's camera...you will have to train your pokemon and catch new ones in new habitats...and then you could compete against other players from around the globe.. you should really try it!

What ever do you mean? I think this is just another fun way to cleanse the gene pool. Its been pretty entertaining watching stupid people crash into each other all day. I just hate it that i's not compatible with my phone. I get kind of bored on my walks, could use some motivation.

@Mike197602 There isn't any need for people to get injured over this game. My girls do some pretty dumb teen stuff sometimes and even they have the sense to say "That jiggly puff is in a dangerous place" and keep moving til another one just pops up on their screen from a safer location. Some of the adults playing this game should be demoted to fetus.

sounds a big load of weirdness to me
why would people even drive whilst looking at their phone so as to catch these non existent things that don't even get you money??
I just don't get it.
Won't be long before someone gets shot over catching one of those bloody things

An animal shelter is getting people playing the game to walk their dogs. Dogs and people are getting a lot more exercise due to this fun game. There is no need to get injured.
Phil Peckinpaugh, director of Muncie Animal Shelter in Indiana, is capitalizing on the popularity of Pokémon Go by encouraging players to get the shelter's dogs active.

I don't play this game though I've read the news lately - how it presents real life dangers to its players.

I liked those Pokemon games back in the day. Haven't tried Pokemon Go yet as it isn't available here in Manila. Heard, it will be available by the 27th of the month. I've read pretty weird things happening to players of the game and pretty funny ones as well.
