Road Trip!

I guess you can count a doc visit in another city a road trip right?!
Yes, I had a check-up with my Nephrologist today. My blood work showed my levels are the same as the last visit. My kidney function is 49 which is low, but it had been 47 so 49 in a good number for me.
I'm on my new BP meds so I was anxious for a reading and I was happy to hear 119/71!
It was hotter in Cleveland, TN than at home...by a few degree. We stopped off at City Cafe for a late lunch - great food, love it there.
OK, it's been a long day so I'm running on empty. Maybe I need to eat the other half sandwich that I brought home!

@AbbyGreenhill we are lucky, for the most part all the specialists we need are in Tyler. Big hub for eastern texas.
