Tips for Weight Loss?

I have been trying to lose some weight for the past few weeks. I've tried some things, but have not succeeded with my goal. Does anyone have any suggestions from experience?

eat a good breakfast its give you the energy for all the day for lunch eat "something not seriously" and something little for the evening...try to go to sleep a few hours after your last meal

@MEAngle just dont eat more than x calories that you need to eat each day check out what is the number of calories that you need to eat for giving your body energy and lose fat..
