eat a good breakfast its give you the energy for all the day
for lunch eat "something not seriously"
and something little for the evening...try to go to sleep a few hours after your last meal

@MEAngle just dont eat more than x calories that you need to eat each day
check out what is the number of calories that you need to eat for giving your body energy and lose fat..
