Walking

Today morning I went for a good walk enjoying the cool breeze. Walking solo gives good energy and good spirit. I enjoyed the nature, people who come across, voices of birds and what not? Even I enjoyed the different images I can see through the clouds. You can share your experience about your gentle walk.

I do morning waks going to work. Also, I love the cool wind when I take late afternoon walks after work. It's a great exercise.

Yes. I am somewhat fat. I have started doing yoga also which gives me good mental and physical health. But at at times I will drop both.
