Banana bread is in the oven

Good morning,Hot and Humid.
Today is my day to make banana bread.Just put it in the oven.
Waiting for it to be done.It is hot and the stove will just make it much warmer in the air.But once that it is done.We cool off.
Folks been giving me over ripe bananas.I still have quite a few left.
Tomorrow will make another batch.This recipe is a bit different.
Sour cream and banana flavored extract.I never use this.
Going to make it over the weekend.Let the bananas get very ripe.
How are you folks holding up here?

We've been making banana bread a couple of times with our girls. My kids love banana bread. Recently we've started to make it with them, instead of just buying already made. They seem to enjoy doing it with us. A fun activity to do with them.

Lucky you. I love banana bread. I have not eaten it in a long time. I should make some sometime soon.

Love the banana bread and drink coffee in the morning while checking my fb account. I used to bake my own bread but i stop baking since last month.

I love banana nut bread. We get some at farmer's market in the mountains.
