Drinking Lemon water early in the morning is not an easy thing for people who prefer coffee for rejuvenation. But, drinking coffee will really rejuvenate one early in the morning. The presence of Caffein will definitely make the answer as 'NO".
Once,you try for two days, the third day you will be tempted to go for caffein dose. Once you overcome this third day temptation there will be a good benefit you get as a reward. YOU WILL NO LONGER FEEL TIRED.

6. The greatest reward you get among all other things is 'weight loss'.

yesss lemon water is very very beneficial but only the patients with gastric acidity should avoid it . Drinking too much lemon with water may trigger heartburn or make this condition worse if you’re used to experiencing it.
