Worst service.

Okay. This has been an old topic and I'm so sorry if I'm going to talk about it again. So we called our ISP today about our current connection. It is still not stable. The connection is dropping and far worst is, it keeps us entering our password every time we try to connect. I talked to one of the rep. I asked her what is going on with our connection. I told her it is getting worst this time. If not very slow, it simply kicked us out of your wireless network. The rep. said she will check it in her end. She put me on hold for like 30 minutes. I was about to hang up and call again when she gets back and said that in order for us to have a good service. We need to upgrade our plan to premium. I tried not to get mad, so I keep my calm. I said where in the world you get that spiel? I asked you about our connection and we are not going to upgrade to any of your premium package because it will still be the same. I asked her if I can talk to a supervisor or a manager or a technician to fix our issue. She then put me on hold and the sad part is, she never came back. That rude rep. Have you experience this?

Figures...my brother used pldt before, and when he moved, he asked the company to move his connection..he waited months, no one came. After that they started using Globe and it's been better since.

We are planning to move to a different provider soon. Globe is the best choice.

@JustBhem yeah, try globe they do have good customer service and i think convergy's is one of their call centers.

That's a terrible thing to experience. I have had bad experiences like that in the past and it is very very frustrating. Especially when it concerns your internet considering how much people rely on internet connection these days. I know you spent a lot of time on the phone already but I would call back and just ask to speak to a supervisor right off that bat

Very poor service and poor connection as well. At the moment we dont have internet. Thank God I have pocket wifi ready to do the work for I have plenty of items to upload in my online shop. Yes. Now a days we rely on internet.

The only rude customer service i have ever experienced, not to add very stupid too, was from Smart Telecom and PLDT!

Putting us on hold for like forever is really not a good thing. And they never call us back. Now we dont have connection at all. Thank God I have pocket wifi to the work for the mean time.

We also have problems with our isp but they always try to fix it when we call them, even if it takes them a week sometimes.

I think the company must have paid the call center agents very badly. You get better response if you write in, or leave a bad comment on their facebook page or you write to the newspaper about it. They may contact you.

@JustBhem That is perfectly annoying. Since they collect so much money from everyone, they should have upgraded the infrastructure.

We are thinking about it but my cousin already called the tech yesterday and had technician come over. They fixed it. Awhile ago we have a stable connection and now it stops again. no Internet light on the modem. I am using my pocket wifi at the moment.

@scheng1 and improve their services as well. Took an hour for us to get a tech and always keep us on hold.

@JustBhem That is so crappy that she never came back to help you out! Trying to fix a bad internet connection is one of the hardest things to do I swear!

Haven't experienced that. So far, my internet provider has been keeping its promise to provide us a speedy internet service. No problems with their customer representatives.
