My adopted mom and i are talking again

I have an adopted mom. She isn't a real adoptive mom, I just call her that. She feels like a mommy to me.
Well last summer she yelled at me to shut up when I was having a seizure. My seizure was vocal and I couldn't help it. That started it where my daughter was ticked off bad at her and doesn't want her back here.
When I was in the nursing home I called her. I had been putting. It off and finally I called her. I told her I was sorry for staying mad at her but I was afraid of being rejected. So I am going to call her again tomorrow. I haven't called her since I was on respite.

I'm sorry this happened, but it is good you are trying to reconnect.However, I hope she understands that what you were saying wasn't really you and that she will be more understanding in the future.

i think you should say sorry because she is still part of your family even though she's not your true mother
