Broaden your mylot base

I've been working hard to stay current with the people who respond to me. Well. I had some extra time today so I am browsing around the site to get familiar with more people and their discussions.
It takes me every waking moment to stay current, but now I'm reaching out to a few more people to see that I can keep up. I don't want to expand farther than I can cover.
Hope that makes sense.

Each of us needs to strike a balance. I never feel like I have completely run out of activities to view and respond to.

I just respond to discussions that interest me. I don't like or respond because someone did for me. That gets overwhelming. If I see a post I enjoy I will respond to it.

@OreoBrownie That's understandable! Sometimes I get overwhelmed with the notifications that come through because I make sure to respond back to EVERY ONE who answers my discussions or comments back to my response. I mean if there's nothing left to say then I will just give them a "Like" but otherwise I type something back.
There are many people who don't even bother getting back to other MyLotters but for the ones who do, it can be quite time consuming responding back.

@VivaLaDani13 Good working strategy. That's the way to go ....keep the interaction going as long as possible.... without forcing it.
I will be hitting back on responses and notifications

@Daljinder Yeah I noticed you did that. But I like when you do because 1: It doesn't seem forced like you said. 2: I can keep talking to you.
I have noticed a certain MyLotter who tries to keep it going but it's obviously forced.

@VivaLaDani13 That's cause we ramble on one topic over another. This just gives us excuse to ramble more and talk more.
I think I know who are you talking about. Is that person very "happy"?

yes it does make sense. Sometimes we can overwhelm ourselves I have a bad habit of doing that.

Sure does make sense. You don't want to make yourself sick.

Wish i had the time to do that as well, but working nearly close to 45 hours a week then going home to clean up and get ready for the next day to start it all over. I dont find myself on here alot i believe this is my first day back in over 3 months, but i try to stay current when i do start back up because one day i hope to get a payout again on this site, just takes me alot longer then others, but i do get excited when i see the payout in my paypal account LOL.

Yes it does. Yesterday was easy to keep up as it was slow on here. But I see today is going to be a busy day.

Sometimes it can get overwhelming but it still is nice to respond or like a post or discussion here. I like the interaction here in myLot so I try my best to find the time to respond if I can. That's actually my problem, finding the time...
