Earnings here on myLot are based on the interaction our posts receive. If you post interesting, engaging discussions and take the time to reply to other users, you'll do just fine here.
I should mention that it doesn't matter if you're conversing on a discussion you start or in the comments on another discussion. As long as you're interacting with others on the site, and they're interacting with you, you'll see your earnings grow.

@everlorious Earnings are all based on our own interactions here. It can vary a lot depending on how much time you spend on the site. There are many users who reach the minimum payout amount each month, and several who are able to consistently double or triple it. There are also users like me who don't spend a lot of time here and take several months to reach the minimum.
It's all very subjective.

Post things you think will make good conversations. Make sure to respond to everyone. Then look around and join other conversations. The more you respond to other people and have them respond to you, the better.

I notice that you have posted several discussions all of which seem to have been removed. You should take this as a WARNING! If you don't read and follow the Guidelines, you will never understand what is and what is not allowed here and you are very likely to lose your account, so you will earn nothing!

Well, I'm not sure if it works, but, When I see an interesting discussion, I follow the user who posted it.
The chance is higher for me to find more discussions from that user that I like.
I sometimes, just brows random posts even if I don't have anything to do with the subject, but, I read the post, I read the responds and find a way to respond if I have something to add.
I sometimes send private messages to users who might be interested in my discussion. I get to know some users around here, so I can interest them with discussions I think they may like.
The best attitude to this kind of website is to enjoy learning from others, not to hurry with the money.

@everlorious You don't have to invest any money here, you have to invest on interaction with users and invest in ummm... knowledge and discussion skills, you have to invest time too, and enjoy doing it.
So, you don't have to invest any money here and every penny that you earn is a pure earning.
