How do you de-stress yourself?

My favorite way of de-stressing would be a long and leisure walk in the park, listening to some melodious songs or any instrument. I also de-stress myself by having my favorite snacks and watching my favorite program in TV or play badminton with my children / Husband. When I am really really very tired I just be myself and go off to sleep.
What are your ways of de-stressing? What do you do?

Shopping is another de-stress activity, if it doesn't involve lot of money

@durgabala Hehe I usually do have to buy something though, but window shopping is good too.

Yes. Sometimes looking at our friends postings are relaxing and blind surfing is also good.

To destress myself, I surf online for shopping and reading news and if it is our days off, my wife and I go to our huge local shopping mall for shopping for a few hours as there are so many varieties of goods there. It is always a good place for destressing.
