90 days diet

Hello friends, some of you did you 90 daily diet lowered Is weight and how it feels now. I'm already on the second day of the diet and feel good.

Hi, @nezavisima! Have you completed the 90 day diet? I'm on my fruit and veggies diet for months now, but I still eat meat every weekend. On weekdays, I eat fruits and veggies only.
