Why do you think war is relevant to all countries?

I think the answer is satisfaction. Let's say for example; If a person never be satisfied from what he has, then he'll find a way to seek for his satisfaction, then by that thing, perhaps, he shall do so many things including positive and negatives. Now, since all countries has been given authorities to manifest it's rule, sometimes they use it also to manifest what the other countries authorities.
