Noise Pollution

Our neighbor is having some improvements on their property. A part of their property is residential and another portion is used for business. I believe their business is doing well and so they are expanding. Noise has been our problem since construction began. Noise from machines and the workers. It's really irritating and they work from 8in the morning until 5 in the afternoon.

You are lucky that there is no night work involved.Last month there was fulltime work going on near where I live.No sleep .But they finished the work quickly.

I really hope there will be no overtime work involved the moment actual construction starts.

Well, they have not used any machine for the past two days but actual construction starts soon. That means that noise will come from the workers and the tools they use.

I can realize your difficulty. Any way close the doors and windows so that you can feel good little bit and engage in other activities

Right, doors and windows are closed. It helps minimize the noise
