A chance to time- travel

I do not know if its possible to time travel but it would be so exciting to go back in time. Also we would know what future holds for us. If you had an opportunity to time-travel where would you go- to the past or in the future? As for me, well i would love to go back in the past and slap myself really hard for all those silly mistakes that i now regret.

I'd go to the past, talk to my 10 year-old self and give myself pointers on how to live my life in the next few years up to when I turned 18.

It would be more adventurous to time travel to the future. Gong back to the past is a waste of time, unless it is to meet some historical figure that I admire.
