I can't because I'm allergic to wheat but it is supposed to be a great green food that detoxes a bit too.

My aunt tried many things over the years to address some health problems. She tried wheat grass and she tried kombucha and also an algae. Ultimately she found she had celiac disease and none of these things helped her.

I haven't drank wheatgrass . Though , i have read about its health benefits . I drink green tea .

I know that wheat grass is supposed to have curative properties, though few, if any, have been scientifically proven. It's surely not new, 5,000 years ago the ancient Egyptians found sacred the young leaves. All that said, no I have not tried it.

I think that wheatgrass may also be known as spirulina, but I'm not sure whether I have that name right either We sell wheatgrass for cats in the produce department, but I found out that kind isn't for human consumption. Most that drink it add it to other veggie smoothies and thereby don't notice the taste so much
