We have developed strongholds in us due to what we have chosen to feed ourselves.
Friends when you meditate on negative thoughts, This gives birth to fear.
But when you meditate on the word of God it gives birth to faith.
So friends the only strong hold we should have is The Lord n He shall be our strength.
Psalm 27:1 1 The LORD is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life— of whom shall I be afraid?
