Few months ago, one of the morning when I woke up from sleep, I felt that my left leg was numb, I thought it was because of my sleeping posture and few days later it became worsen, I started to have dificulty to walk like normal, it is so painfulll that I can't walk for more than 5 minutes, and I have to either sit down or squad for awhile then only the pain became lesser.
Out of no any other choices, I decided to look for doctor's advice. After some test and diagnose and had the MRI scan as well. The MRI result shown that I have got bulging disc at the C4 and C5, which is pressing on my spinal cord. That was the main cause for the numbness and pain on my leg.
Now I am going through a physiotherapy and hopefully it can help to cure my problem.
Anyone of you out there have got the same problem like mine? Please share it with me, as I am really desperate to get back my normal life.

I am not but I know one who has this kind of illness, he went into operation and it went well, though he cannot move just like the way before.

I think operation will be the last resort to be, I have been told it will be like 50%-50%, so there are risks that you can become paralyse if something went wrong during the operation. I have consulted many and some are physiotherapists which suggest to work out with physiotheraphy first.

@yspmyl of course, before the operation the first option should be medication and therapy.
