Look, go upper right corner you have everything explained but i'll try to explain you in short lines.
Try understanding this as a Twitter, but paid version. [you get paid for your tweets/discussions].
You make a discussion, and the more people comment on your status/discussion you get more money.
Also you can respond on other people discussions, and if you get responded/liked you earn money. Easily. The payments are before 15th every month. Minimum payout is 5$. Try getting at least 5$ before 15th August. Best of luck friend.

@JolietJake No that is not false information. If he doesn't have enough money for a payout until 15th, let's say he reaches 5$ on 20th, he will need to wait until September to get payout.

by writing comment , offer and discuss u can make a good money, more u write more people will fallow u , u can make more money when u get more comment for u discuss

It is really easy to earn here
Post things that receive a lot of interaction from other members and you'll earn...really easy
You won't earn a lot though so don't get your hopes up...if you do very very well I'd say the best you could realistically hope to earn is $40 in a month and most earn far far less.
If you make $5-$10 per month you're doing ok here.
