Goodbye Smartbro

I am now going to give my Smartbro wireless pocket wifi to some friend who can't afford internet because I am done with data caps and slow internet. My application for a wired fibr internet just got approved and I will have unlimited data cap free Internet. No more 400 kbps connection when they promised 3 mbps. Now I have 15 mbps speed. I can download a 5 gb file and not worry about slow connection and throttling.
I am sure the call center against of their customer service will miss my daily complaints for their garbage service.
Oh I can use humanatic again because there is no more data cap.

good for you buddy, I wanted also to apply that wired internet. Currently I am using Globe wifi which I applied at their center, more than 2 years now.

I am done with wireless because of the throttling and data caps. I am overpaying an overpriced garbage.

Smart may have changed their logo but never improved their service. Smart sucks.

Their best service is flexitime but it is damn overpriced. I am sad though that I am now subscribed to Smart's sister company. Once I have more money I will go for ACF.

@toniganzon At least there is no data cap, One I have more money I will transfer to ACF if they became nationwide.

Smartbro is like a parasite. They have overpriced slow internet because they lack competition.

@CaptAlbertWhisker I know what you mean, years ago we only had one provider, slow and expensive. Finally things have evolved.

That was a year ago, they turned garbage when they added data capping.

@ridingbet Skycable is an awesome option but they were not available nationwide. ACF is fast and cheap b ut only available for few cities.

Sadly they already went away. Our hope now is for ACF to go nationwide.

Not a smart choice using SmartBro. I should know, I used it before and ditched it after a week.
Bad signal. Worse service.

I only used it because I moved to a new city and it took me forever to got approved with PLDT because they didnt close my other account right away. My usage of smart bro is a 6 month long of torture.

I think around a hundred US dollars a month, it goes with a free landline phone and a tablet. I wanted to go for a 1 gbps once I have more money and funds to do so but that is too expensive.
