Do this part of Search Engine Optimisation(SEO)?

The main aim of SEO is to bring more and more page view to the site.It would be better if all pages in the site gets unique pageview.Being in the site keep indulging viewers by attracting them is also a way of getting more page views. Is there any site which really pay for such SEO and one can earn atleast 10 dollar by his/her hard work.

hard to say. you can't really predict things like this with SEO now. before 2010 it was possible to earn 10$ easily but now even 1$ takes a lot of work.
