Like every other pokemon go player they want to find a lot of good pokemons and someone created a website for it. This website is used for finding pokemons easily and where the players find pokemons and other players submit where they found the pokemons. So my theory is that some criminals might submit a fake pokemon foundation and submit it where the players what to go..This site might be bad because if a criminal submit a rare/special pokemon players would go there and the criminals would kidnap them/steal their organs/rob them and many more.
