Oh my goodness. My friend's baby shower is in two weeks and I have nothing planned! I still have to get all the food and the games sorted out. This past month has just been so wild for me that I haven't had the time to devote to it! Thankfully another friend will be coming up with the games for it, I just need to organize things in general. I know I'll get it done, it will just be a scramble!

I planned a baby shower once. Once. One of my favorite parts was creating the gifts for the baby shower games. I created themed gift baskets. So, for example, one basket was full of gardening things (seeds, a new hand shovel, cute little pots) and another was a coffee basket (with bag 'o beans, a mug, etc.) What are you doing for prizes? Ooh, ooh. And are you going to do a Diaper Raffle? You know, where everyone that brings a package or box of diapers gets a chance to win The Grand Prize...?

My friend lives at a maternity home for homeless moms where they provide EVERYTHING for her so we're sticking to having guests bring fun items as gifts and such

Aren't these events always a scramble whether you've had time to plan or not?

Write down everything that you will need and start planning it step by step and you will be done.

These are always such fun! Well, maybe not as much if you are the one doing all the work-
