@Vincygar13 That's certainly a good thing, but it won't add an inch to your height.

@MALUSE Oh! that sounds disappointing, but may be eating right would help. But i would surely tell you that by doing regular yoga I have been able to loose 8-9 kg since last year, just i needed was to give up fried and fast food.

@Vincygar13 In my opinion, 5' 4" is a nice height for an Asian lady.I'm sure with a bit of heels you'll look fantastic!

I understand taking up sports like high jump and doing pull ups can have some effect on your height to a certain extent. Of course, there is no proven studies done as such. But if you're desperate there is no harm in trying.
