today is party day for the wife and I

Well today we will party this afternoon and evening in honor of my wife and my birthdays. Mine is the 16 of July and her is on the 30, so we celebrate them together on the weekend between them both.. It is really fun and nice doing them at the same time. Kids will be over this afternoon and somewhere around 5 o'clock we will eat and then open presents and then have ice cream and cake.. like I said it is a great day... I still take the wife out for dinner on the 30th and surprise her with a gift...what can i say i am a softyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

I wish I will find myself and my girlfriend in 25 years from now with a post like yours too :-) For how long have you two been married ? How old are you and your wife ? This is a very good thing you express your emotions, don't call it softy. I also connect to my emotions and when I'm sad, I sometimes let myself cry on a shoulder. I wish I will get married and find myself and my wife love each other. You are a very lucky person, keep your wife happy because GOD counts the women's tears. Thank you for your post, it gives me motivation to keep going with my girlfriend and find a job as soon as possible.

i hope you and your girlfriend are as lucky as me and my wife has bee.. we have been married 49 years.. i am 79 my wife 73. we have 4 kids, 8 grandkids, and 6 great grandkids..

@hostessman So you both got married at the age of 30 and 24. That's good, not too late and not too soon. What presents did you get yesterday ? :-) How was the dinner with the ice cream and the cake ? How were the kids ?
