Why people behave like that?

I always like giving parties and inviting guests. I like my house to have guests always . Whenever I arrange parties and invite guests they come and enjoy the food. They eat, drink and spend their time nicely. But, the sad part is that after enjoying the party and leaving the house they talk make comments against me and start eating their others ears with comments full of jealousy . I really wonder why they behave like that. Am I wrong to arrange a party and to invite them? Why it happens only to me? Is it my fate? Should I dispense with my altruistic tendency?

What sort of things are they saying? What are they jealous of? If I was you I'd not invite them to any future parties or even have those sorts of people as friends.

Sadly it's true that people act like that. They are jealous of what others have. I would not stop doing what I like if it was me but maybe next time not invite those to the party and invite some new people.

@shivamani10 I think the next time you give parties you should spend some time over the list of people whom you want to invite.

Makes no sense does it... they should be grateful that they were included! They must lead a very dull life if thats all they can do!!

@shivamani10 So why do you invite them and let them eat your food if they talk about you behind your back. That is not nice and not people I would want to invite to my house.
