Victoriana in the garden

I can't just buy a green something and dig a hole, plant the something and be done with it. Nope. Must have whimsy. I hope the photo shows what I drug home yesterday. What do you think? Big enough? Not a garden gnome! I've got a vine growing up it. Hoping the vine eventually flowers.

@sallypup I see it in both places now! _ it's an old bird cage or plant stand isn't it? Vines should work with that well.

@AbbyGreenhill You had me worried. I played with reducing the photo. The first photo I reduced it 35 per cent instead of 50. Yes on it being a bird cage.

That is cute and I'm sure vines and flowers will make it super cute! I love the idea of doing something like this in our yard . . . but we need to get the rest of the yard going first .

@much2say Very true. I'm saving up right now so that we can get some floors redone.

Nice. That's definitely a good place for a vine to grow!

@Rohvannyn The lady who sold me the birdcage said she couldn't imagine what kind of bird would live in such a contraption? I agreed that a parakeet would fly right out of it so we speculated on birds like eagles? Had a good laugh together.

I like that. The vine will look so neat once it gets to growing.
