They are not communicating

Now our home computer and printer don't want to communicate, so I can't print. You don't realize how much you use it, till you can no longer use it.
I was on the phone for quite a while with our cable company, they were trying to help me, because it printed till they added our landline and had to change the modem.
Unfortunately, they were not able to fix it, said I need to cal the PC company.
Why can't things just be simple instead of so complicated?

@lilnana1111 What's the communicating signal? I mean when you want to print, what is it telling you? It could be that the printer is offline. Since its a wireless printer, the must be connecting beam either bluetooth or so, or is it working through network? Need to know so as to know where to help. Thanks

They aren't broke, jist not communicating, It's probably something simple, just not for me.

@lilnana1111 true, but they were speakin' to each other prior 'n one'd think part'f their customer service'd be to make certain that yer gadgets worked.
