What do you do when you can't sleep?

Most of us reach out for our phones when we can't sleep. Well i believe that increases awareness instead of relaxing us. A relaxed mind is necessary in order to drift off to sleep. Well in my case, i just stop thinking about sleep and try to just relax.

Some may go for their phones, but I don't. I'll either read, or just think of myself on the beach and just think of the water and such. I find that either helps, when I can't sleep.

Eversince I shaved my long hair, I can sleep better. I am not sure if you will consider going bald but it really helped me sleep better.

I am listening to delta binaural waves and white noise for last 3 days. and my sleep is now improved.

@harshree,I have been a late sleeper for years.When sleep remains elusive,I prefer to read books,especially books on wildlife.

You might find it strange but I always go to youtube when it's sleeping time for me. I go to makeup tutorial channels. That lulls me to sleep.

Yeah, I don't reach for my mobiles once I'm in bed... I just close my eyes and maybe think about nice things until I fall asleep...

I just drink a glass of milk or water to help me feel sleepy. I don't usually use my phone if i'm already in my bed to sleep.
