What do you do when you can't sleep?

Most of us reach out for our phones when we can't sleep. Well i believe that increases awareness instead of relaxing us. A relaxed mind is necessary in order to drift off to sleep. Well in my case, i just stop thinking about sleep and try to just relax.

Eversince I shaved my long hair, I can sleep better. I am not sure if you will consider going bald but it really helped me sleep better.

Listening to old songs after some time i tend to sleep

You might find it strange but I always go to youtube when it's sleeping time for me. I go to makeup tutorial channels. That lulls me to sleep.

I just drink a glass of milk or water to help me feel sleepy. I don't usually use my phone if i'm already in my bed to sleep.
